This magnificent multi-level mansion was recently renovated to adapt to the contemporary lifestyle of the owners. To compliment the modern refresh of the home the owners were seeking to update the existing residence with cutting edge home automation. Further enhancing their home living experience via a connected home. The installation meant cords and wires were eliminated and the house worked seemlessly in the background of the busy owners lives.
Sensational Living
To ensure the most functional living experience for the residents our dedicated team of Toorak home automation specialists decided to integrate a fully customisable smart home using Clipsal C-Bus technology. This allowed total control of all the technology at the home owner’s fingertips, both within the home itself and remotely via a smart phone or tablet. The innovative C-Bus Automation System conveniently allows for the busy schedules of each family member so they can manage their electrical requirements for their home from anywhere in the world, at any time.
As you enter the lavish 5-bedroom smart home you are greeted by a 2N intercom system, providing state of the art security for the home. Intelligent lighting control
C-Bus home automation meant intelligent lighting control throughout, as well as masterfully positioned C-Bus sensors for maximum energy efficiency. LED strip lighting has been strategically installed along the timber hallways as a spectacular highlight. This LED strip lighting is continued through to the bathrooms, elegantly accenting the his and hers spaces whilst providing soft lighting. With 5 smartphone controls the owners can control the lights from any room in the house at any time, or even set timers to appear as though they are at home when traveling abroad, true lighting automation.
When it comes to climate control, a Coolmaster Automation Unit has been installed for the integration of air conditioning, providing an automated cooling system in this connected home

Remote, automated blinds and curtains were installed on the picture windows – perfect for the changeable Melbourne weather. The family can set timers for both devices to turn on or off at a specified time, access them remotely or use them as normal.
