Clean Design

In April 2024 Integrated Electrical Technologies worked alongside Matthew Walsh Electrical to automate the Ingenia Lifestyle retirement village clubhouse in Parkside Lucas.  By using a clean design aesthetic, our aim was to incorporate luxury within a welcoming space.

Resort style facilities

The $11 million project culminated in the development of beautiful resort style facilities boasting an indoor swimming pool, bowling green, spa, gym, cinema, and a recreation and arts area.  Plus an outdoor BBQ area for all to enjoy.   As you enter the foyer and reception you’re greated with a warm and welcoming space where residents can gather or meet before accessing the many club facilities.  The pool is many people’s favourite area.  The temperature is set to a constant level and can be controlled by owners to meet the seniors needs.

Automating a Commerical Lifestyle building

By incorporting C-Bus automation into the building it allows for any programming requirements.  So depending on the time of year or time of day every aspect can be controlled to the desired level.  Owners can set the lighting sequences on site by the control panel.  Thus allowing the residents to enjoy the comforts of indoors and outdoors at the Clubhouse without compromise.

Residents Safety in an automated Lifestyle building

Installation of sensors in the bathrooms and hallways provided the Clubhouse with power saving measures.  It also ensures the maximum amount of care and safety for the residents as they move through the many facilities provided.  Outdoor safety is also paramount and is acheived by ensuring all paths and walkways are light up and visible using sensor lighting.   And for added security cameras are recording the grounds outdoor areas at all times.

Safety vs Functionality

Integrated Electrical Technolgies takes pride in helping to reduce the enviromental impact of a building.   We achieved this by reducing and maximising lighting and heating efficiency.  In this building we had to keep the residents comfort and safety in mind whilst reducing electricity bills.  The owners also wanted to increase the star rating of the building.  Via intelligent design and planning we achieved all this and more.  Again another project were the owners couldn’t have been happier.
