Maintaining the residence

Over the last 10 years Integrated Electrical has been maintaining the C-BUS Elan home automation system at the residance.  Once we took over the property we upgraded the main interface adding new touchscreens throughout so the owners could access their system.  The access was given from every living room, ensuring a comfortable enviroment.

The automation system included the security system, lighting, blinds, heating and cooling, multi-room audio and the infinity pool.  The home operated independantly in the background of the owners lives to ensure maximal effciency and could be programmed to their desired needs.

The infinity pool and spas heating was controlled by the ELAN system and ensured it was warm all year round for a comforable swimming enviroment.

 

The 12 car garage had automated lighting, temperature and roller doors.  The size of the garage is very impressive and to ensure maximal energy effciency the lights turn off when motion is not detected in the area.

The basement includes a billiards room, home cinema, wine lounge with cellar and gymnasium.

The stunning facade faces Brighton beach and the lighting system ensures its visual effect at night.  The home also includes seven bathrooms two lifts and a dining room with pressed metal ceilings.
